Payment is required at the point of delivery unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Payment is accepted by Debit/Credit Card, BAC’s transfer. Cheques are accepted by customers after 4 orders have been received and paid for positively.
Minimum order value is £50.00 net for delivery.
We deliver throughout the UK Mainland. All orders are aimed to be delivered within 10 working days, however, Scotland and England extremities may take longer.
Delivery will be charged at £25.00 for Trade customers and £50.00 for Retail customers for all orders less than £1,000.00 net. All orders over £1000.00 net will be delivered free of charge. Collection from our premises is welcome and has no minimum order value.
Birds and Animals are guaranteed for 48 hours from arrival. Please notify us by e-mail to should your birds or animals experience any health issues after delivery. In the event of mortality, the body must be kept in a suitable freezer storage and returned with our driver in a sealed bag on your next order. Replacement stock or credits will only be issued once the body has been returned to us.
Please note that due to their delicate nature, Gouldian Finches are excluded from our standard guarantee
Our live stock and premises are checked by a registered vet on a fortnightly basis. We do not accept any liability or claims for 3rd Party Vet Fees.
We reserves the right to refuse delivery to any customer should the livestock living conditions or environment not prove to be suitable for the species concerned.

Delivery Options
Courier delivery can be arranged on every Thursday, Booking cutoff time 2pm Sunday, any booking after cut off time will delivered flowing week . We are offering privet delivery to our customers as well means driver will pick up from us and come to you straightaway so no stress for the bird. Privet delivery can be arranged any day of your choice . Only Food, Toys and cage can be Dispatch next day via Royal Mail.
Refund Policy
Please ensure you are ready to make purchase and double check the order to avoid any errors.
Once order has gone through it would be booked with our pet courier service, the delivery charge plus £25 admin charge cannot be reversed. There is no REFUND on live stock once taken out of the store or been delivered so please make sure of everything before going ahead. Apart from Livestock all other items can be returned within 14 days and items should be in unused condition, customer will be responsible for any return postage. Once item has been received then a refund will be issued.
NOTE: Please register your bird at a vet for a general health check-up, within a weeks’ time of purchase just to make sure that everything is fine with the bird you have bought. If there is any issues/problems please contact us within a week’s as after that no responsibility will be taken. No Refunds are given under any circumstances
